For people who run a workplace

Near misses in on Friday, a better toolbox talk on Monday.

Put a QR poster on the wall. Workers report a near miss in under 30 seconds, with no app and no login. On Friday you get a plain-language draft talk for Monday, for a competent person to review.

SafeMonday helps a workplace keep a record of near-miss reports, toolbox talks and who attended. That record can support evidence of instruction and consultation. It does not, by itself, make a workplace compliant with the health and safety law that applies where you operate.

How it works

1

Put a QR poster on the wall

Each site gets an A4 poster. Scanning it opens a short form on the phone they already have.

2

Workers report what nearly happened

What, where, how serious, an optional photo or voice note. They can leave their name off. Anonymous means no name is stored.

3

Review Monday's draft and record who was there

Edit the draft, approve it, and let people sign in on another QR. Export the talk, the attendance and the reports as one PDF.

Friday in, Monday out

Each site has its own poster. Reports land on a dashboard with a status and a short action log. On Friday, in the organisation’s own time zone, a draft talk is ready and a note goes to the manager. On Monday, people scan a second QR to sign in. You can export the talk, the attendance and the reports as one PDF.

From £29 per site each month after a 14-day trial, in the currency for the organisation’s country. No card to start. Checkout asks for a card. See every currency.

The trial includes Pro

For 14 days the root-cause suggestion is included. After checkout, that suggestion stays on Pro. Standard keeps the weekly loop. Cancel any time in the billing portal. Access lasts until the period ends.

FAQ

Do I need a card to start the 14-day trial?
No. Creating an organisation starts 14 days with no card. The trial includes Pro features. Checkout asks for a card, and that is when a Stripe subscription starts.
Do workers need an app or an account to report?
No. They scan the poster and open the form in a browser. There is no app and no login.
Is an anonymous report really anonymous?
If the person ticks anonymous, the name is not stored, even if the form also sent one. We do not store an IP address with the report. A photo or a voice note can still identify someone, and the form says so before they attach one. A name is never written into the toolbox talk and is never sent to the model. When a name was given, organisation members can still see it on the report and in the evidence PDF.
What does Pro add?
Pro adds a root-cause suggestion on each report, for a competent person to check. It is included in the 14-day app trial. After checkout, it stays on the Pro plan. Standard covers the poster, the public form, the dashboard, the action log, the Friday draft, attendance and the evidence PDF.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time in the billing portal, from the billing page. Cancelling at the end of the period keeps access until that date, and the billing page says when. Existing reports and talks stay readable after access ends.
Does SafeMonday make a workplace compliant?
No. It keeps a record of near-miss reports, a reviewed toolbox talk and who attended. That record can support evidence of instruction and consultation. The duties that apply depend on the law where you operate. A competent person still has to review the draft and decide what to do.
What if nobody reports anything?
The Friday draft falls back to a seasonal topic from a small library: darker evenings, slips, fatigue, ice, vehicles, manual handling, heat, temporary staff, knives, electricity or fire exits. It is still labelled a draft.
Which countries can use it?
The United Kingdom is the launch market. Organisations can also be set up in Ireland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The country sets the currency, the spelling, the date format, the time zone for Friday notes, and the statute named beside a talk. The promise is the same everywhere: a record, not a compliance guarantee.
How does billing work?
Fourteen days free, with no card. Checkout then asks for a card and starts a monthly price per site. The United Kingdom is billed in pounds, Ireland in euros, the United States in dollars, and Canada, Australia and New Zealand in their dollars. The pricing page can show any of those currencies for comparison. Once a subscription starts, that currency stays put even if you later change the country on the organisation.
What happens if we do not pay?
New writes stop: new reports, new sites, talk edits, approvals and attendance sign-in. Existing reports, talks and PDF exports stay readable. Workers see a short message asking them to tell their manager.
